Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to have a valid credit/debit card on file to book an appointment.
All appointments must be canceled before 48 hours of scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee of 100% of service cost. Any cancellation fees not paid within 24 hours will result in all future appointments being cancelled and online booking suspended until paid.
Please arrive on time, appointments are considered a “no show” 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time begins. This will result in a full-charge of scheduled service amount.
***please note, any damage done to the nails by the client (breaking, discoloration, etc) will be fixed at clients expense. Please understand certain things may dye nails (hair color, tanning products, etc), gloves are always recommended when coloring hair, tanning or using anything with dye.
